The humans behind Rights Matter are Gary and Karen, a man and a woman, merely expressing their truths and creating a container for like-minded people to do the same. This is all there is. Whatever you take from it is your responsibility.
And this is what law is all about: expressing your truth and taking responsibility for your words and actions. It's that simple.
The purpose of this website is not to teach you everything we have learned about law in the last decade or more, but rather to show you what is out there and let you choose whatever resonates. The path to your own law is as individual as you!
We have learned, that:
- Law and the Legal System are two different things; one being based on truth, the other on assumptions
- Everything in our society is voluntary, consent is assumed
- Words are important, carefully look at definitions, the spelling, punctuation
- You are tricked into contracts without knowing it
- You are parented by the government until you grow up and take responsibility for yourself
- and more.
What is the way out?
To realize that we are natural men and women, see that any title is just paper thin and always has a real man or woman hiding behind it, to discover that we truly are powerful and can express our own truth to others - by correspondence, notice, affidavit or in another way. A big part of this process is taking care of uncomfortable emotions that will come up - fear, anger, embarassment, shame. And all this will help you grow up. Once you are, no agency, police man, government will be able to push you around any longer. You will be able to stand your ground without doubting yourself.
This Private Membership Association is more than just about law - it is a vision we have for our future and encompasses every aspect of it: living in a self-reliant manner by mainly utilizing local resources. We will have information on everything you will need to do just that: from land patents to food production, prepping for emergency and getting help locally for anything you may need.
